NEGLIA Section 1 Executive Summary Experience dictates that the best municipal engineering team is always responding to the needs of the Township. Timely responses are ingrained in our Township of West Orange team through the anticipation and planning for the task at hand, as well as, for the tasks to follow. Neglia Group has designed, bid on, and managed several key projects for many municipal entities within the last 5 years. Many projects were funded with blended grants (i.e., CDBG and NJDEP) and municipal funds. In this challenging “capped’ environment for New Jersey’s local governing bodies; we have successfully taken projects from grant applications to final payment vouchers. During construction, we are mindful of the sponsor(s) payment process and guide the contractor and the local governing body through allowable scope changes and potential reimbursement issues. Why Neglia Group? Because-we are best characterized by three words: Experienced, Dedicated, Responsive. Michael J. Neglia and the Neglia team are ready and professionally capable to take municipal projects from the preconstruction meeting to project closeout.
