HESS, PE, PP, CME CME Associates is pleased to submit our proposal for Professional Landscape Architecture services associated with the property located at 10 Rooney Drive in the Township. It is our understanding that the project includes the preparation of a landscape plan for the parking lot islands, the building foundation, and buffering the southern corner of the site, as outlined below: 1. Landscape Architecture Services A. Review the Township Ordinance as related to landscape requirements. B. Prepare a Landscape Plan to provide four-season interest and reduce maintenance requirements. i. Parking lot islands including shade trees and groundcover perennials; ii. Foundation plantings along the building foundations where possible; and iii, Evergreen buffering at the south corner of the site. C. Design a Rain Garden adjacent to the building with connection to the existing drainage system. D. Provide planting notes, plating details and specifications. E. Prepare a construction cost estimate for the improvements.
