NEGLIA THOMAS R. SOLFARO, P.E., C.M.E., C.P.W.M., Director of Municipal Services, Vice President Mr. Solfaro has over twenty-six (26) years of varied experience in water resources, hydraulic and sanitary engineering, transportation, municipal engineering, site planning and design, and construction management. His expertise includes the preparation of utility master planning, feasibility studies, reviews and recommendations of Planning/Zoning Board applications, constructability reviews, Quality Assurance and Quality Control reviews, and State and County grant/funding applications.
