ANTHONY KURUS, P.E., P.P., C.M.E., Principal Anthony Kurus joined the Neglia Group in October 2004 and has over twenty-three (23) years of experience in both public and private projects. He has engaged in the design, regulatory permitting, review, and construction management of numerous development projects in both the private and municipal sector. Mr. Kurus has extensive expertise in providing functional and practical site engineering designs and solutions for all types of projects, such as: multi-family and mixed-use residential redevelopment projects, retail strip malls, warehouse and self-storage facilities, industrial facilities, office complexes, banks, sports fields and sports complexes, schools, municipal and county parks, and municipal storm drainage improvement projects. In addition, Mr. Kurus has extensive expertise in planning with respect to the preparation of Area in Need of Redevelopment Studies, Master Plan Re-examination Reports, and Redevelopment Plans along with providing expert planning review and variance testimony.
