NEGLIA PROJECT SUMMARY Belleville Stadium Improvements Township of Belleville, New Jersey The Township of Belleville selected the Neglia Group to perform geotechnical engineering services for a synthetic turf field at Belleville High School as well as providing structural engineering services for retaining walls at the stadium. The first phase of the geotechnical services included field work and analyses and the second phase included meeting with the Borough of Belleville and discussing ground improvement and preparing construction for the selected ground improvement. In terms of the retaining walls, Neglia is also responsible for design, construction documents, and specifications associated with segmental block retaining walls for the Belleville Stadium. Neglia sent a principal engineer to make regular visits to the site to ensure the project was making progress within the desired period.
