Randall T. Arnold Biography Randall (Randy) T. Arnold has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Compost 360 Acquisition, LLC and Secretary for Natures Choice NJ, LLC, and its related entities since August 2023. Prior to his current role, Mr. Arnold was sole / managing member of A3M Trucking, LLC for the period 2021 — 2023 providing logistical and infrastructure development consulting services to private companies. Mr. Arnold previously served as Senior Vice President (SVP) for Advanced Disposal Service, Inc. for the period 2006 — 2021. Advanced Disposal was a solid waste and recycling company with $1.5B in annual revenue. Advanced was private until its’ initial public offering in 2016. Mr. Arnold's roles with Advanced were broad in scope and included strategic oversight of the company’s landfill operations, compost facilities, transfer stations, material recovery facilities (MRF’s), and collection services lines of business. Mr. Arnold participated extensively in the company’s capital management, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A), Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) and Best Management Practices (BMP) programs. Prior to Advanced Disposal, Mr. Arnold served in leadership roles for Allied Waste Industries (dba Browning Ferris Industries) including interim Assistant Region Vice President, District Manager and Area Operations Manager. Randy’s experience includes tenure with Waste Management, Inc. performing duties as a Division President and Region Director of Operations. He began his career in the solid waste and recycling industry in 1991 following his graduation from the University of Alabama with a degree in business management.
