Approved General Approval Application and Associated Documents The registrant shall construct and operate the facility in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:26A-I ef seq., the conditions of this Approval, and the following documents: 1 Site Plan: prepared by Omland Engineering Associates, Inc., signed and sealed by Stanley T. Omland, P.E., NJ license number 30696, dated February 20, 2008, last revised on June 30, 2008. Application for Recycling Center General Approval Renewal dated October 4, 2018 signed by Eugene J. Ciarkowski, Executive Vice President, Reliable Wood Products, LLC. Type 3 Fire Safety Permit for Reliable Wood Products, LLC approved by John J. Funcheon, Fire Marshal, Township of South Brunswick Fire Safety Bureau, dated June 21, 2019. Reliable Wood Products, Inc, Request for Transfer of Ownership dated December 29, 2006 signed by Nicholas Vene of Reliable Wood Products, LLC. Middlesex County Solid Waste Management Plan inclusion of ODACO, Inc. Class B Recycling Facility located at 234 Broadway Road, Block 5, Lot 25, in the Township of South Brunswick, certified by the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection on June 4, 1993. Amendment to the Middlesex County Solid Waste Management Plan approving change in ownership of ODACO, Inc. Class B Recycling Center in South Brunswick to Reliable Wood Products, LLC, approved by the Bureau of Planning and Licensing through the Administrative Action letter dated April 27, 2007. Amendment to the Middlesex County Solid Waste Management Plan approving the receipt of leaves at Reliable Wood Products, LLC Class B Recycling Center in South Brunswick, approved by the Bureau of Planning and Licensing through the Administrative Action letter dated March 3, 2009. In case of conflict, the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:26A-1 ef seq. shall have precedence over the conditions of this Approval, and the conditions of this Approval shall have precedence over plans and specifications listed above.
