Supervisor/Solid Waste Operations requesting Class B/C General Approval Modification declaring Nature’s Choice as the site’s new operator. NIMC Vegetative Waste Transfer Facility Revision to the Recycling Center General Approval, Operations and Maintenance Plan dated May 1, 2013 signed by Christopher L, Dour, P.E, P.P, HIMDC letter dated February 24, 1998 signed by Thomas Marturano supplying information for a General Approval for the HMDC 1-E Compost Facility in response to the Department’s administrative completeness letter dated November 5, 1997. HIMDC letter dated August 1, 1997 signed by Thomas Mazturano supplying information for a General Approval for the HMDC 1-E Compost Facility in response to the Department’s administrative completeness letter dated July .8, 1997, FHIMDC letter dated June 20, 1997 signed by Christopher Dour supplying information for a General Approval for the HMDC 1-E Compost Facility in response to the Department's letter dated April 7, 1997. Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission approved Solid Waste Management Plan (District Plan) certified by the Commissioner of The Department of Environmental Protection on July 31, 1980. Administrative Action letter dated May 26, 2004 approved by the Bureau of Licensing and Planning inclusion to the County Plan eliminating the NJMC’s composting operation and to only include the acceptance, storage, process and transfer of vegetative waste and sale of finished material atop the NIMC 1-E Landfill.
