NEW JERSEY SPORTS AND EXPOSITION AUTHORITY 132237 REC190002 Recycling Center - Multiple Classes -Renewal Requirements Report Subject Item: RCCG216219 - Class B and C Recycling Operations, General Requirements 45. 46, 47. 48. 49, 50. The following equipment are authorized for the receipt, storage, processing or transferring of the Class B/C recyclable material: 2 - 921 case rubber tire loaders or equivalent 1 - 300 dooson rubber tire loader or equivalent 1 - 225 dooson excavator or equivalent 1 - 1463B tubgrinder 1 - 7000 horizontal grinder 1 - doppstadt 72.0 trommel screener All equipment must be operational at all times. In the event of breakdown, should there be a need to replace any equipment listed above, the replacement equipment’s performance shall be equivalent or better than the equipment being replaced. The holder of the Approval must notify the Bureau in writing of any replaced equipment along with the manufacturer specifications for the replacement equipment within two weeks of such replacement. Where applicable, the holder of the Approval must also submit any air permit(s) or air permit application(s) required for the replacemént equipment. [N.J.A.C. 7:26A- 3.5(e)3] Requisite recycling center operations shall not be delayed or neglected for lack of required equipment or for equipment down time. [N.].A.C. 7:26A- 3.5(e)3] The material operational and processing areas, storage/stockpile areas and access road(s) shall be maintained in accordance with the relative slopes shown by the topographic contours indicated on the approved Operational Area Plan (site plan) for the life of the recycling center in a manner that prevents the accumulation or ponding of surface water. [N.J.A.C. 7:26A-3.5(e)3] Each load received for processing or transfer in the Altemative Vegetative Waste Processing & Transfer Area shall be inspected in accordance with the inspection plan provided in the Operations & Maintenance Plan dated May 2013. This plan specifies that loads received will be inspected prior to processing and that contaminants shall be removed and placed in roll-off containers at the recycling center for eventual removal off site for disposal. After the inspection of the material, loads containing leaves, grass or mixed yard waste shall be directed to the two areas identified as "Grass/Mixed Yard Waste" on the approved site plan for further

After the inspection of the material, loads containing leaves, grass or mixed yard waste shall be directed to the two areas identified as "Grass/Mixed Yard Waste" on the approved site plan for further processing or transferred offsite within three calender days of receipt to other approved recycling centers. Incoming loads of Tree parts/Brush shall be directed to the storage areas identified as "Processed, Unprocessed or Finished Product Storage Area." [N.J.A.C. 7:26A- 3.5(e)3] Residue, being the material that evolves from the processing of source separated recyclable material and is subsequently subject to disposal, inclusive of contaminants, shall not exceed 1% by volume of the total volume of recyclable material accepted during the year the material containing that residue was received.
