Show all pagesRELIABLE WOOD PRODUCTS LLC 132685 CBG190002 Class B Recycling Ctr General Apprv -Renewal Requirements Report Subject Item: RCBG799457 - Class B Recycling Facility 53, 55. 56. 57. ‘The recycling center is authorized to store processed and unprocessed materials in the designated storage areas with the maximum authorized capacities, as specified on the approved site plan: Area 2; Unprocessed Asphalt, Concrete, Brick and Block - 28,900 cubic yards Area 3: Processed Asphalt, Concrete, Brick and Block - 27,500 cubic yards Area 4: Concrete fines (processed concrete byproduct) - 7,100 cubic yards Area 5: Unprocessed Brush, Tree Stumps and Tree Parts - 21,600 cubic yards; Unprocessed Wood - 18,460 cubic yards Area 6: Processed Brush, Tree Stumps, Tree Parts, and Wood - 42,500 cubic yards Area 7: Unprocessed Top Soil (includes by products of stunp processing) - 25,000 cubic yards Area 8: Processed Top Soil - 7,700 cubic yards Ifat any time, the total amount of processed and unprocessed material stored onsite reaches the maximum authorized capacities shown on the approved site plan, the recycling center shall immediately cease receiving additional unprocessed material until the amount of processed and unprocessed material stored onsite falls below the total authorized storage capacity. Under such circumstances, arrangements shal] be made to transfer processed materials offsite. While transfering processed material offsite, any processed material in an unprocessed material storage area (see Condition 55 below) shall be transferred first. [N.J.A.C. 7:26A- 3.5(e)] Unprocessed recyclable material shall not remain on-site, in its unprocessed form, for more than one (1) year. [N.L.A.C, 7:26A-3.5(e)] In the event that a processed material storage area has reached its maximum authorized capacity, the permittee may temporarily store excess processed material in an unprocessed material storage area subject to availability of additional capacity in that area, ‘as long as processed and unprocessed material are separated by either a physical barrier or by maintaining at least eight (8) feet of aisle space between the piles. Under no circumstances shall the combined volume of processed and unprocessed material exceed that area's maximum authorized storage capacity. Horizontal limitation markers shall be set at the comers of the stockpile areas as depicted on the approved site plan. Vertical limitation markers shall be set at locations in close proximity of the stockpile areas and shall clearly establish the following elevation heights above existing grade for material stockpiles: Processed asphalt, concrete, brick and block stockpile - 25 feet All other unprocessed and processed material stockpiles - 15 feet Metal pipes/rods or the equivalent approved by the Department shall be used to establish these control points.
