Revenue Share — Bulk In-Bound and Out-Bound NCNJ proposes an annual flat rate revenue share payment of $75,000.00 for the initial three (3) year term and each annual option period thereafter. Free Mulch Bags NCNJ proposes to provide up to 10,000 free bags of premium mulch having a retail value of approximately $30,000 per year. Based upon the Township's preference, the distribution can be balanced between public facilities and/or private homeowners. In addition, NCNJ will expand its product offering to include the sale of bagged mulch at the facility. The bags will demonstrate the private / public partnership and joint commitment to sustainable practices. UR? 1OICES Pal rer: Site Improvements The proposal provides for site improvements per the engineered stamped plan that includes: . Relandscaping the entrance to the facility improving screening from the public. o And mill and repave approximately 10,000 square feet of the road entering the facility. 7 Reconstruction and enhancements to the Class A, B, and C residential drop-off area. . Improved signage at the Class A convenience center. . Re-grading and Improvement o° To achieve or maintain drainage control. o Class B facility for better vehicle access. © Cleaning up the berm on east side of the facility and plant ornamental grass or approved other on the berm to screen facility from sensitive receptors.
