NOTICE OF COMPETITVE CONTRACT RFP The Township of West Orange is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq. for the following service: Economic Development Consultant Proposal forms may be obtained in person at the Township of West Orange, 66 Main Street, Purchasing Room 111, County of Essex, West Orange, NJ 07052, Monday to Friday during regular business hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or by emailing preynolds@westorange.org. Bid can also be obtained at www.westorange.org/bids All proposal addenda will be issued on the Township Website www.westorange.org/bids. All interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Sealed proposals clearly marked with the title of project and name and address of party making submission, addressed to the West Orange Township Purchasing Department will be received by mail, or hand delivery, at the Municipal Building, 66 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052 on or before February 13, 2024 at 1:00pm and will be publicly opened and read at that time in the Council Chambers on the same day. No bids received after that time will be considered.
