Business Registration Certification N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 requires that each vendor submit proof of business registration prior to a contract award. Proof of registration shall be a copy of the bidder’s Business Registration Certificate (BRC). A BRC is obtained from the New Jersey Division of Revenue.
