hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. NATIONWIDE hereby agrees to provide the services and other covenants set forth in the BID, annexed hereto as Exhibit “A.” 25 As set forth in the SPECIFICATIONS, the term of this Agreement shall be for two (2) years starting on April 1, 2024 and that the Township shall have an option to renew this Agreement for an additional one year. 3. The TOWNSHIP and NATIONWIDE hereby agree to the rates set forth in the BID and to the payment process set forth in Section M of the SPECIFICATIONS. 4. The TOWNSHIP and NATIONWIDE hereby agree that to the extent that the BID conflicts with the terms and conditions of the SPECIFICATIONS, the SPECIFICATIONS shall govern.
