Show all pagesEnvironmental Justice Composite Score The team then assigned an environmental justice score to each network segment using these factors to identify which network segments should be prioritized based on equity factors. All HIN network segments were given a composite score based on the highest average score for each factor. The figure below shows the HIN with priority segments based on the composite EJ score. The scores for each segment ranges from 0-20 with Main Street receiving the highest composite EJ score of 20. Figure 9.
