Show all pagesPRIORITY HIN CORRIDOR PROJECTS The project team developed the final recommended HIN by combining the EJ composite score and the HIN crash score. The Priority HIN represents the high-injury (fatal, severe and moderate injury) crash corridors and intersections prioritized based on the equity analysis. While the entire HIN should be given consideration for safety enhancements, these highest-scored corridors are the highest-priority based on the crash and equity analysis. The 13 corridors rated the highest using the composite score are labeled on the map on the next page, in descending order of score (A is the highest, B the second-highest etc.). Table 11.
