As requested, we have also included a separate fee for construction administration phase services as follows: Construction Administration Phase Services Our office will provide construction management of the roadway improvements for the anticipated contract time including the following services: 1. Coordinate and attend pre-construction meeting; 2. Coordinate with the contractor to ensure compliance with the final contract documents;
