3. Provide assistance with interpretation of contract documents; 4. Review shop drawings; 5. Provide construction observation services; 6. Prepare progress pay estimates; 7. Prepare punch lists required to be addressed by the contractor prior to close out; 8. Prepare final pay estimate and close out change order; and, 9. Coordinate with the Township and CDBG offices for reimbursement of the grant funding. Should same be required, our office requests the opportunity to provide a fee for same.  Any work not specified as listed in the above phases shall be considered additional services and will be invoiced at the time said work is authorized by the Township.
