Based on our review of the RFP provided to our office, the improvements will include the following:  Proposed roadway profiles to match existing grades;  Roadway improvements including curb, sidewalk, aprons, pavement milling and resurfacing, pavement striping, new traffic signs and shade trees;  Curb ramp plans and details as necessary;  Drainage structure repairs with new frames, grates and curb pieces as necessary;  New manhole castings, frames and covers as necessary. Repair existing manholes as necessary;  Pavement milling and pavement resurfacing;  Pavement striping; and,  New traffic signs as necessary.
