Obtain quotes for pavement cores as required by the NJDOT; 9. Prepare final pay estimate and close out change order; and, 10. Coordinate with the Township and NJDOT Local Aid offices for reimbursement of the grant funding. Should same be required, our office requests the opportunity to provide a fee for same.  Any work not specified as listed in the above phases shall be considered additional services and will be invoiced at the time said work is authorized by the Township.
