conditions set forth in the contract the contract with Pascack annexed hereto as Exhibit “A,” and the contract with MCG annexed hereto as Exhibit “B,” respectively and it is further RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the two (2) contracts for IT Network Systems Management for special projects on an as needed basis and the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized to attest to the Mayor’s signature on each contract; and it is further RESOLVED, that the original of each contract for IT Network Systems Management for special projects on an as needed basis shall be maintained in the Municipal Clerk’s office. ________________________ _________________________ Karen J.
