As a chief executive, he oversees the firm’s entire operation in addition to serving as Municipal Engineer for several municipalities. Resume Gregory J. Polyniak, PE, PP, CME, CPWM Vice President Mr. Polyniak joined Neglia Group in 2004 with expertise in both public and private projects, engaging in the design and construction management of numerous development projects since 1997. He has provided design plans and specifications for projects of the New Jersey and New York Departments of Transportation. He has also performed stormwater management, stormwater conveyance, and flood studies. Solfaro, PE, CME, CPWM Vice President, Director of Municipal Services Mr. Solfaro has been working in water resources, hydraulic and sanitary engineering, transportation, municipal engineering, site planning and design, and construction management since 1993. Resume Brian A. Intindola, PE, PP, CME, CPWM Principal Mr. Intindola joined Neglia Group in 2006 with experience in traffic engineering, design, transportation and municipal project management, and construction management of transit, traffic, and site access projects since 1996. His professional submissions include traffic impact and air quality studies, noise impact assessments, parking lot and site plan design, crossing guard assignment studies, pedestrian analysis, signal warrants, signal plans, and state highway access design and permitting from Maine to Delaware. He has been recognized by review boards and agencies at the state, county, and municipal level as an expert witness for traffic, noise, and air quality impacts. He has qualified as an expert witness before Bergen, Middlesex, and Gloucester Superior Courts, as well as NJDOT ROW hearings. Mr. Intindola was granted design awards for the Rutherford WWI Memorial Streetscape and Belleville Municipal Stadium. Resume Gary A. Veenstra, PLS, CFS Principal, Director of Surveying/Geospatial Mr. Veenstra joined Neglia Group in 2017. He has had experience as a land surveyor since 1986. His extensive experience includes boundary and topographic surveys for both large and small sites including universities, local schools, government lands, commercial properties, warehouse sites, and residential developments. As Director of the Surveying/ Geospatial Group, Mr. Veenstra actively oversees all aspects of the surveying services as well as the Geographic Information System (GIS) services provided to our clients. Mr. Veenstra is responsible for proposal writing, client meetings, coordination with internal and external clients, work scheduling, mentoring, boundary analysis, and supervision of all New Jersey and New York surveying services performed by Neglia. Mr. Veenstra currently serves as an officer of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors.
