As a chief executive, he oversees the firm’s entire operation in addition to serving as Municipal Engineer for several municipalities. Mr. Neglia’s engineering and surveying experience includes design and construction supervision of roadway reconstruction and resurfacing, and site plan layout and review for storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and pump stations in several different municipalities.
