A list of bidders and their bid amounts is attached. The lowest qualified bid was submitted by Crossroads Paving Corp. of 386 South Street #186 Newark, N.J. 07105 in the amount of $243,457.00 Crossroads Paving Corp. has done similar work with other Municipalities. References were checked, and those other Municipalities have recommended their work. Considering the foregoing | recommend awarding this project to Crossroads Paving Corp., who is the lowest responsible bidder. A Resolution of Award is attached subject to approval of the Township Attorney.
