Show all pagesGAVIN GILMORE, CMI Hazardous Materials Professional Qualifications Gavin Gilmore has more than 30 years of diverse experience as an asbestos, lead based paint and microbial investigator, project designer, project monitor, technician, and remediation supervisor. Gavin’s experience has included multiple size and scale projects for various transportation, industrial and private clients throughout New Jersey and New York. His responsibilities have included all phases of project participation from initial proposal and cost estimating to contract close out. Gavin is equally experienced in project design and specification as onsite project monitoring and site compliance. He brings a necessary and valuable degree of field experience to enhance project execution. Gavin also designed and prepared the construction documents for the remediation of the contaminated areas identified at the facility as well as construction administration and oversight of the contractor during remedial activities to ensure contractor compliance with approved plans and specifications. Gavin also performed the PostRemediation Verification and clearance testing of the facility to ensure that the remedial action was effective. ICON Engineering, East Brunswick Manager’s Hall, Mold/IAQ Investigation – Gavin conducted a limited survey for mold, mildew, and bacteria at visually identified interior and exterior locations at the Township’s Little League facility. The survey included a physical inspection of targeted areas to identify indications of moisture damage including, but not limited to, water staining, peeling paint, rotting wood, and visible mold growth.
