NJ 07052 RE: Quote for additional Professional Engineering Services for Various Street Improvements, Phase I and Phase II – Multiple Bid Packages Dear Ms. Carballo: Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) is pleased to submit this proposal for additional Professional Engineering services for the above referenced projects. We appreciate the opportunity to submit this proposal, and we look forward to providing the Township of West Orange with the services identified below. We offer the following project description and scope of services. Project Description The project includes the limits and improvements from the previous Various Street Improvements, Phase I and Various Street Improvements, Phase II projects. This proposal will separate both Phase I and Phase II projects into multiple bid packages as requested by the Township. The breakdown of the separate bid packages is as follows which has been recommended by the Township per the September 2, 2025 email sent to GPI. 2025 Phase 1-Project A: North of Route 280 – Forest Avenue, Slayback Terrace, Howell Drive, Walter Street, Cunningham Drive, and Kitchener Avenue. 2025 Phase 1-Project B: South of Route 280 – Linden Avenue, Linden Court, Ardmore Terrace, Elliot Place, Maple Avenue, Korwel Circle, Korwel Court, Glenview Drive, Beacon Place, and Herbert Terrace. 2025 Phase 2-Project C: North of Route 280 – Pring Court, Bakely Terrace, Coggins Lane, Jagger Court, Rappleye Court, Kinzel Lane, Terrace Avenue, Januson Court. 2025 Phase 2-Project D: South of Route 280 – Vernon Avenue, Shiel Court, McGuire Drive, Edgar Road, Wedgewood Drive, Mt. Pleasant Place, Oak Avenue, Henrietta Drive and Hillside Terrace. Professional services will include separating the Various Streets, Phase I and Phase II projects into four (4) separate bid packages.
