Construction Admin & Full-Time Inspection Services PHASE 4a – Construction Admin with Full-Time Inspection Services Fee $112,000 Note: Full-Time Inspection Services are based on one (1) inspector, working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week throughout the anticipated three-month construction period.
