The work will consist of the removal, reconstruction of the asphalt pathways around the lake at Degnan Park and topsoil restoration of the ground adjacent to the walkway path. The summary of the five bids is attached. After review of the bids received, the Department of Engineering is requesting that the bid specifications be modified, and then re-bid the procurement process. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2d, the Township may reject bids when it wishes to modify the bid specifications. A Resolution authorizing rejection of the five bids is attached.
