These rates may NOT be used for any new construction or any fiber optic work 2) The number of workers on the jobsite is the determining factor for which Foreman category applies. The regular workday is 8 hours, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: - Shift work must run for a minimum of 5 consecutive workdays. - 1st Shift (between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM) - 2nd Shift (between 4:30 PM and 12:30 AM) shall receive 8 hours pay for 7.5 hours of work, plus an additional 10% of the regular rate, per hour, inclusive of benefits. 5 - 3rd Shift: (between 12:30 AM and 8:00 AM) shall receive 8 hours pay for 7 hours of work, plus an additional 15% of the 5/8/2028 Page 22 of 71
