OVERTIME: - Hours in excess of 8 per day, Monday through Friday, and all hours on Saturdays shall be paid at time and one -half the hourly rate. All hours on Sundays and holidays (except Labor Day) shall be paid at double the hourly rate. All hours on Labor Day shall be paid at four times the hourly rate. - If any other craft employed by the same contractor, or a subcontractor thereof, receives double time in lieu of time and one-half, then the Boilermaker shall receive double time in lieu of time and one-half. - For "Municipal Water Works" projects only, the following shall apply: Four 10 hour days may be worked Monday through Thursday at straight time. Friday may be used as a make -up day for a day lost to inclement weather, holiday or other conditions beyond the control of the employer.
