The regular workday shall be 8 hours between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM. In addition, the regular workday may also be 8 hours between 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: - Shift work must run for a minimum of 5 consecutive workdays. - Second Shift shall work 7.5 hours and receive 8 hours pay, at the regular rate, plus 25% per hour. - Third Shift shall work 7 hours and receive 8 hours pay, at the regular rate, plus 30% per hour.
