SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS: - The second shift shall receive an additional 10% of the hourly rate, per hour, and the third shift shall receive an additional 15% of the hourly rate, per hour. The regular workday shall be 8 hours between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
