Ordinances of First Reading Ord, 2942-25 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino, and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, An Ordinance Creating a Reclassification and Salary Schedule of Certain Township of West Orange Employees Setting Forth Their Titles, Classification and Salary Ranges and Adopting a Salary Guide and Establishing the Employee's Status as a Township Employee and Under the Guidelines of the New Jersey Department of Personnel, was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on November 24, 2025. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman Scarpa and Council President Krakoviak voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Rudin voting “Nay.” Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion e Best Practices e Advertisement for DPW Supervisor due to Louis Reynold’s retirement e Councilwoman Casalino recommended adding Asst. Supervisor for DPW to 2026 Municipal Budget e Ordinance for Stop Signs/Permit Parking on Rollinson with additional Streets in the Heights At 12:32 a.m., on motion made by Council President Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the Public Meeting was adjourned and the Council into an ABC Hearing. All members present voting “Aye.” ABC Hearing 785-25 Hearing on Renewal for Plenary Retail Consumption, Distribution and Club Licenses for the 2025-2026 License Term (Clerk) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Scarpa, the above referenced ABC resolution was adopted. All members present voting “Aye.” At 12:35 a.m., on motion made by Council President Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the ABC Hearing was adjourned.
