On motion made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, Purchase Order 191078, D”Onofrio & Son, Inc. in the amount of $16,787.50 (96-26) was removed from the bill list for further review. All members present voting “Aye.” A motion was made by Councilwoman Rudin to remove Purchase Order 189833, Dynamic Traffic in the amount of $12,000. (267-25). There was no second, therefore the motion died. Resolution(s) Approved on Consent Agenda a. 159-26 Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of Raffle Licenses (Clerk) b. 160-26 Resolution Awarding Professional Planning and Technical Support Services to Michael Baker International Inc. for the 2024 Safe Streets for All (Ss4a) Grant Program, Studies and Supplemental Planning (Carballo) a 61-26 Resolution Authorizing the Release of Street Inspection Escrow At 45 Highwood Road d. 163-26 Resolution Authorizing an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing matters falling within the attorney-client privilege, to the extent that confidentiality is required in order for the attorney to exercise his ethical duties to this body; and for the discussion of matters which, by express provision of federal law, state statute, or rule of court, are required to be rendered confidential, specifically including: Personnel Matter(s)-(a) West Orange Fire Chief and an Internal Personnel Matter Executive Session matters are subject to change. e. 164-26 Resolution Permitting Display of Fireworks at the Essex County Country Club on July 2, 2026 f. 165-26 PULLED g. Pleasant Avenue, in an Amount NTE $56,930.00 (Carballo) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was defeated. Councilwoman Casalino and Councilman Krakoviak voting “Aye.” Councilwoman Rudin, Councilwoman Williams and Council President Scarpa voting “Nay.” 4
