Jatéqy.cby- Resolution No. “122-12, tleted May 29, .2012-t0-ptovide professional design services for a “fee ‘not to - : exceed $25,000.00 which included Design Development, Construction Design end Bid Docimerrts, Bidding Pariod Services and Construction Phase Services; and WHEREAS, the Design Development Phase was prepared using existing property survey ° information; and WHEREAS, to prepare Construction Design and Bid Documents a detafled property boundary, tocation and topographi; survey is needed which jacatas all site features within the property, including trees and the stone will, sets permanent markings at all property cornars and provides topmgraphic Information ingluding ong foot contours thraughout the parcel and spot elevations at key jocations; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Division prepared specifications for the boundary, location and topographic survey and solickted propossls from four fitms capable of providing the professional land surveying services outlined inthe specifications; and . a WHEREAS, the firm of Suburban Consulting Engineers, 100-Vallay Road, Suite 202, Mt, Arlingtan, New Jersey 07856 sulymitted the lowest proposal detwd August 1, 2012 in the amount of 36,265.00; and © WHEREAS, the Proposal of Suburban Consulting Engineers was reviewed by the Township Engineer and he detarmined tt camplied with the specifications; and : WHEREAS, sufficient funds exist in the Capital Budget for this work; and ? Arlington, New Jersey 07856 in an amount nat to exceed $8,500.00 which includes the bid of $6,265.00 and $235.00 for reimbursable expenses which funds shall be paid for from the Capltal Budget for Design-Ridgewsy Avenue for Professional Land Surveying Services in accordance with their proposal dated August 1, 2012.
