Crash Description/Narrative Driver of V1 stated that he was conducting a K-Turn on Manchester Road and while he was reversing during the turn, he backed into the front drivers side portion of V2, which was parked curbside and unoccupied, facing east on Manchester Road. Driver of V1 had no complaints of pain nor any signs of injury. The owner of V2 was notified of the accident. It should be noted that WOPD Officer Risteski #292 was on Westminster Terrace and observed the accident take place. His description of the accident concurred with the Driver of V1's. 146.
