Township Council Meeting — Packet

This chapter shall be enforced by the Township Police Department, Public Works Department or other Township employees as designated by the Township Business Administrator. §28-20—Violations and penalties. A. Any person found to be in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine as follows: (1) First offense: $100. (2) Second offense: $200. (3) Any subsequent offense: an amount not to exceed $500. B. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. II. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES Any Ordinances of the Township which conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. III. SEVERABILITY If any part of this Ordinance shall be deemed invalid, such determination shall only apply to those specific section(s), paragraph(s), subparagraph(s), clause(s) or provision(s) and those parts shall be severed.
