The additional fine as imposed upon a person, firm, or corporation for repeated offense shall not be less than the minimum or exceed the maximum fine imposed for a violation of the ordinance, but shall be calculated separately from the fine imposed for the initial conviction of violating the ordinance. Any person, firm, or corporation convicted of the violation of any provision of this ordinance may, in the discretion of the Court by which he was convicted, and in default of the payment of any fine imposed therefore, be imprisoned by the County jail or place of detention provided by the Township, for any term not exceeding 90 days, or be required to perform community service for a period not exceeding 90 days. III. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES Any Ordinances of the Township which are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. IV. SEVERABILITY If any part of this Ordinance shall be deemed invalid, such parts shall be severed and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of this Ordinance. V. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with the law. Karen J. Carnevale, R.M.C.
