October 2024 New Jersey Department of Transportation Division of Local Aid and Economic Development Federal Aid Cost Reimbursement Agreement The Subrecipient shall supply the necessary resolution authorizing the Subrecipient to enter into this Agreement and this Agreement shall not become binding on either party until it is executed by the Commissioner of Transportation or the Commissioner's designee. 25.
