TA-2023 Washington Street Corridor Improvement Project Phase 2 Township of West Orange • • • • • • • Hazardous waste investigations and studies, if necessary, are to be performed by NJDOT and therefore not included in this scope of services. A Design Exception Report is not required and therefore preparation of the same is not included in this scope of services. Modifications will not be required to the existing roadway profile or roadway cross slopes. Roadway improvements will be limited to the curb relocation and associated pavement repair strip. As this is a Township led project, we do not anticipate the need to establish utility funding and therefore this activity is not included in this scope of services. Wayfinding is not included in the project scope. Driveway widths and locations will not be modified. CADD drawings and design will be produced in AutoCAD C3D. Cost Estimate – A copy of the proposed costs for the aforementioned services is attached. We would be happy to discuss this scope of services with you, at your convenience.
