Section 5. Subsection 7-46.9 Permit Parking Exceptions, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): c. Zone 11, Standish Avenue- Standish Avenue residents will be issued two (2) permits per dwelling unit. All remaining permits will be issued to Standish Avenue businesses, at a maximum of three (3) permits per business on a “first come” basis only. No Visitor or Temporary Permits will be issued in Zone 11.
