1. The Term of the Professional Services Agreement set forth in Paragraph 2 shall be amended to read: Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall terminate on March 31, 2026, unless this Agreement is otherwise extended or terminated in accordance with the terms specified herein. The term of this Agreement shall be subject to WEST ORANGE’s continued award of the GRANT from the NJACCHO for the funding for the Scope of Service to be provided pursuant to this Agreement. 2. All other provisions of the Professional Services Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the Term of the Professional Services Agreement.
