194-26 July 21, 2026 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REFUND WHEREAS, on August 20, 2025, Robin Jacobs, , West Orange, NJ 07052 provided a payment in the amount of $50.00; and WHEREAS, this amount represents the cost of the older adults’ chair yoga class; and WHEREAS, Ms. Jacobs was not able to ultimately take the class; and WHEREAS, Ms. Jacobs has requested a refund because she has now moved out of county and can no longer utilize the $50.00 credited to her Community Pass account; and WHEREAS, the Senior Services Department has requested a refund for Ms. Jacobs in the amount of $50.00; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the cost of the older adults’ chair yoga class be returned to Robin Jacobs at her new residence, in an amount of $50.00.
