200-26 July 21, 2026 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REFUND WHEREAS, on March 5, 2026, Lisa Finn-Bruce, , West Orange, NJ 07052 provided a payment in the amount of $125.00; and WHEREAS, this amount represents the full amount of the security deposit made for the rental of Katz Community Center on June 13, 2026; and WHEREAS, security deposit is returned following the event and the hall is deemed satisfactory; and WHEREAS, Ms. Finn-Bruce is due a refund because she has complied with the rental agreement and all conditions were satisfactory met; and WHEREAS, the Recreation Department is requesting a refund for Ms. Finn-Bruce in the amount of $125.00; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the cost of the security deposit for Katz Civic Center be returned Lisa Finn-Bruce at her residence, , West Orange, NJ in an amount of $125.00.
