D00S734 DATE July 14, 2026 PROJECT West Orange Safe Routes to School Project LOCATION West Orange Township, Essex County SPONSOR West Orange Township AGREEMENT DATE 1/25/2025 AGREEMENT NO. 2024-DT-DLA-520 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE ABOVE NOTED AGREEMENT, THE SPONSOR AND THE STATE AGREE TO THE CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT AS FOLLOWS: 3.1 The State hereby awards a Grant of federal funds, available on a reimbursement basis, in the amount of $338,880.15 for the period of performance (“Project Fund”). Neither the State, FHWA, nor USDOT shall provide funding greater than this amount under this Agreement. The Subrecipient acknowledges that neither the State, FHWA nor USDOT are liable for payments that exceed this amount. 3.2 The Project shall be completed by December 31, 2028, unless either terminated or extended by written authorization of the State.
