3 d. 54-21 Resolution Approving Tax Appeal Settlement with HL Orange, LLC re: Block 71.02 Lot 1 Hutton Park (Legal-Trenk) e. 55-21 Resolution Approving Tax Appeal Settlement with St. Barnabas Realty re: Block 165.06 Lot 2 – 95 Old Short Hills Road (Legal-Trenk) f. 56-21 Resolution Authorizing Blau and Blau to Prosecute Affirmative Tax Appeals for 2021 (Legal-Trenk) On motion made by Council President Matute-Brown and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the consent agenda was approved. All members voting “Aye.” Resolution(s) removed from the Consent Agenda Resolution 51-21 Resolution of the Township of West Orange, In the County of Essex, New Jersey, Designating a Redeveloper and Authorizing the Execution of a Redevelopment Agreement for the Property Known as Block 9, Lots 11.01, 11.02, 11.03, 32 & 36 and Block 7, Lot 22 on the Tax Map of the Township (Legal-Moon) This Resolution authorizes the designation of the Alpert Group as the Redeveloper for the Central Valley Redevelopment and authorizes the execution of a redevelopment agreement with the Alpert Group. On motion made by Councilwoman Tammy Williams and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above referenced resolution was approved.
