Proposed Best Management Practices: Bioretention Basin Stormwater runoff generated from the proposed parking area, which includes one (1) Small-Scale Biorientation Basin, is located on the north west side of the site. The proposed bioretention basin has been designed to address the applicable aspects of NJAC 7:8. The stormwater runoff generated by the subject site will be directed to the basin through storm water management practices. Smaller runoff events will be infiltrated and collected via under drains and larger runoff events will be discharged at a controlled rate via proposed outlet control structures.
