The root system(s) of the trees listed below also pose hazardous implications for the foundations of existing structures adjacent said trees. Lastly, the adjacent structures significantly limit the radius required to accommodate the growth of root plate(s) vital for anchoring the tree(s) to the ground. Consequently, said tree(s) pose a greater risk of uprooting and damaging adjacent structures than mechanically sound trees with an adequate radius for root plate development. Said trees listed below: 4. Pin Oak (Quercus palustris) (30” Dbh) off of left rear corner of building adjacent 13 Erwin Place property line a. Proximity of root plate to adjacent structures (foundation of 13 Erwin Place and retaining wall) poses significant risk of damage to adjacent structures. b. Lack of radius required for growth of vital anchoring portions of root plate pose significant risk of tree failure. c. Aloading dock is planned for installation in the same location as the tree. 2.
