The horizontal expansion will extend into the existing driveway area. The proposed height will increase from 15 ft. to 20.6ft. The proposal also includes roof replacement to incorporate a gambrel roof with a shed dormer, in order to blend more with the architectural character of the immediate area, and removal of a garage extension. The Applicant is proposing this expansion in order to accommodate parking their truck and providing space needed for a woodworking studio, which is their hobby and part-time business.
