Following the last public hearing on the application, the Applicant has updated its proposed landscape plan to add nine (9) additional evergreen trees and nine (9) additional evergreen shrubs along the eastern side of the site between the proposed building and the existing residential properties. Accordingly, enclosed for filing with the Board, please find five (5) packages with the following items: e Landscape Exhibit Rendering, consisting of 1 sheet, dated August 24, 2026, prepared by Dynamic Engineering. e Mavis Tire Supply, LLC Rendering -Option B (front elevation rendering and sight line view from the second floor of property located directly behind the proposed Mavis building on Cerone Court), consisting of 2 sheets prepared by Larson Design Group.
